Seeings as this is a semi-advanced roleplay there is a certain standard of literacy expected, and I understand we all make mistakes and that's fine but once it's happening all the time then we have a bit of a problem. If you're struggling you can request a mod to help you and when it comes to things such as dyslexia then of course we understand that things like this will be difficult, so just make a quick mention and we won't chase you repeatedly.

Bit of common sense really, we're all here for a bit of fun and a good time so I expect everyone to be on their best behaviour! That means no bullying, racism, sexism or any type of ism cause most of them are bad things. If I witness any bullying you will be removed from the group immediately and will not be allowed back until after an official apology.

So yes, I realise you want to keep your storylines exciting but if everyone starts doing wild things then it's a bit boring cause it's become the norm. Things such as, death, pregnancy, teacher student affairs ect. We won't immediately say no, things just have to be limited so it keeps everything realistic and normal, so just ask a mod and we'll discuss it!

I understand that everyone has their own reasons to leave things or go away for a while and that's none of my business but if you could just inform us so we can inform the group so people aren't waiting for you to reply when you've actually left and same goes with holidays, just let us know so everyone's informed with a estimated waiting time.

This is a semi-advanced group so with that there comes a certain expectation with your posts, now I'm not expecting 6 paragraphs but if you feel so inclined then go for it, but I would like a minimum of 1-2 paragraphs, say around 5 lines. I understand sometimes you go completely blank and that's okay but just don't make it habit of posting just a few short lines, give your partner something to work with!

Okay so we have all seen some people making mary/gary sues (the perfect character with no flaws) and people sometimes taking control of other characters without permission of the owner, nobody likes that. So if this is seen you will be warned in case you didn't realise and if this becomes a reoccuring theme you will receive a strike.

Okay so this is a mature roleplay, and we're in a boarding school for goodness sake so we ALL know there's going to be a little bit of naughtiness going on, but I would like to straighten out a few things. If someone is not comfortable with doing anything sexual do not force them by ANY means, you cannot go past anything other than making out but that's simply because goodreads is a little touchy about that, so if you want to go further move to private message or simply skip over it. When it comes to swearing, go for it really I have no problem with 'vulgar' language in a roleplay situation and even casually in chat but do not directly swear at someone as to cause offence or else you will be warned that it may be construed as bullying.

Okay so personally I would like everyone to write in third person, so that means stating the characters name instead of I, but in diaries and in the social media forums you may use first person. It just saves everyone from confusion.

Nobody likes to be left out, we have all been there once. Don't be a dick and involve everyone please, I know we're roleplaying a high school but thats no need to get all clichey.

Okay, this is just a few quick things! Age, lets not make our characters too young or too old after all we are in high school so I would like students to be a minimum of 14/15 and maximum of 18/19 depending on birthdays, of course this rule doesn't apply to teachers but just be sensible with their ages too. Don't use anime or cartoon pictures for your character, face claims are required so please claim them in the correct thread before you start to create your character.

Serious note, it's ridiculous how many people do this love at first sight thing, I can understand crush at first sight yes but never have I seen someone see a person go up to them and five minutes later be in a committed relationship. Never, but then again there is one time I'll allow this and that is when a friendship progresses into something more but don't over use this please also, don't date your own characters that's weird.
