Ally Dusanek | 8 comments To finish off the program both Salone and James are both sent into the program at different times and they both forget each other. Salone has a tough time during the process and is very reluctant to the treatment they try to give her, but sh manages to get by when she makes a friend inside the facility named Realm. Realm seems to really like Salone, but what she later finds out is that Realm is apart of the program he isn't really a patient and this makes her mad. Nobody is supposed to know this so Realm drugs her up and makes her forget about it (Page 239). When Salone has finally spent her 6 weeks in the program and goes home she starts to see things that seem so familiar. She makes a new friend at her "new" high school ], her name is Lacey, the same Lacey she was friends with before, but of course neither of them remember and she meets a boy named James. Before she left for the program Salone put some things under her mattress and she discovers a purple ring and a picture, a picture of her dead brother and that James kid (page 323). She starts to investigate and ends up "falling for" James even though she had before and just doesn't remember. Realm's sister gets in contact with Salone and tells her the plan Realm has made for her to escape. The plan was for her, James and Lacey to all run away and try to start a new life leaving everything behind, which the fact that James was included in the plan shocked me, because Realm seemed to be so in love with Salone, but he had to stay and continue to work for the program. That is where the book leaves you hanging and I am so very excited to read the next one in this squeal.

Olivia Barnes | 9 comments Sounds like Realm was forced to work with them maybe. I wonder if she will be playing an important part in the sequel. What would happen if she got caught helping?

Devin Hampton | 12 comments I was so angry when I found out that Realm was part of the program, but it makes this story so much more interesting. I think it was so smart of Sloane to put the stuff under her bed before she went to the program because if she didn't, she probably wouldn't have ever talked to James again because he was such a jerk. The second book is just as good and I read it so much faster than the first one because the story was much quicker.

Katie Bean | 12 comments This kind of reminds me of the book Delirium because they have to get tested to if they think they are "in love " or have the disease
