Clean Reads discussion

I want to read this with a book club consisting of 11-to-16-year-olds (approximately), or at least get my 13-year-old sister to read it.
Is there any content that would be problematic for this age group? Also, is it a good book in general?

I'm not familiar with this, but why not try the clean teenage novels by Robin Jones Gunn -- the Christy Miller and Sierra Jensen series. She also writes books for adults---all clean.
