Dariella was sitting, devouring a cupcake with amazing ferocity, She was wearing lace shirt, black shorts, patched straw hat and converses.Dariella sat on a little tree trunk away from everyone, her legs swaying .She sat, pulling her warm grey poncho around her chest and her shaking body. She noticed someone she had never seen before and shouted."Hello...c can I help you?" She asked curiously and angrilly .She came out here away from the crowd for peace and quiet.Dariella sighed wondering where she could be alone.

Cassandra was following the breeze of the sea again, as usual. Her half-brother was insistent she come outside and look at something cool he found buried in the sand, but she paused to put her shoes on and lost sight of him, although if she gave him a few minutes he'd probably pop out of the water.

So she was currently standing around, simply looking around, dressed in a spring green camisole with buttons on it, jean shorts, and white flip-flops, her hair braided with a giant white flower in it. As always, her bracelet was kept on her wrist. She heard someone sounding like they were on the verge of yelling at her, which made her tense up. What did she do!?

She looked back and noticed the counselor of Zeus' cabin glaring at her, and blushed. "It's only me! I'm sorry if I disturbed you...." She glanced down at her shoes shyly, fiddling with her bracelet. "My half-brother wanted to show me something cool he found in the sand, but we've lost each other,"

"It's ok,I just came here for peace and quiet you know" moving her head around to point at the aphrodite's boys who trail after her asking if she would date the.Due to this movement, her hair which was plated in a bun and held with wildflowers unravelled down and fell to her waist.She sighed out looking sadly at her hair and breathed out slowly.She looked at the girl and noticed her as a Poseidon camper.At least it wasn't any of the Ares campers, i would have cut their heads of she thought."What was he trying to show you" she asked curiously.She smiled , she liked this girls style ,It wasn't flashy and over the top like some people she knew.It was like something she would wear.

Cassandra snickered at that. "Maybe sea glass? Or a seashell? He has a knack for finding weird things though...maybe we'll ride hippocamps again!" She smiled. "Well if you want peace and quiet, then I'll just be on my way. I seem to annoy a lot of people here anyway,"

"Nah, you didn't annoy me, It's just that some other people in this camp can really annoy me" She smiled while rewinding and plaiting her back into a messy bun.At the mention of hippocamp she frowned, she heard many Poseidon campers talk about it but never rode one."Y ou actually rode an hippocamp, wicked, their like horses right" She said more curious.She picked up more wild flowers and plaited it in her bun. Dariella was said to have an unusual style but she disagreed it was just that she was unique.Being unique was a very strange quality of a Zeus demigod.Her style was similar to Poseidon campers. tDariella looked sadly down at her finished cupcake and stuffed the case into her pocket.

"They're half-horse, half-fish. My dad...I mean, my real dad, has a giant aquarium full of them at his palace!" She swooned. "I've only seen his palace once, but I'd love to go there again! Have you ever seen your own dad's palace?"

"No, I visited him twice in Olympus.His throne is magical trust me.It is made out of solid platinum, with lightning designs on the sides.However, Poseidon's a little bit more decorative but not as grand as Zeus "She smiled remembering her visits to Olympus.She picked up another cupcake, this one had buttercream icing and piped flower.She handed it to Cassandra trying to be kind due to her feeling regretful for shouting at Cassandra when they first met each other

She stared at the cupcake slightly and ate it daintily, still getting cupcake frosting on her face. "Yes, Olympus, but I meant his actual palace. Is it in the sky made out of clouds? Can you eat the clouds? Are they super bouncy?!" She giggled. "I'd love to bounce on a cloud,"

"I don't know, I've never been.We're not close and his really busy"She snapped angrily.She didn't have any contact with him and his never there for her.Her face softened and she laughed as she saw Cassandras icing smeared face.She started giggling at this comical sight."Don't know if the clouds are super bouncy, scientifically their not but you never know"

"You don't have to shout at me," Her face fell and her eyes grew watery. "I don't like being yelled at...." She sighed. "I never see my dad either...I only saw him that once, and it was just because my half-brother begged for me to come too...I feel like he's secretly disappointed in me because I'm not a big hero like Percy is,"

"Oh I'm sorry.I didn't mean it, Percy Jackson no way his your brother.His one of my brothers best friends and a legend at thjis camp ."She said anxiously.She wasn't used to people crying.No Zeus children cry that much

"He's my half-brother, we're both Poseidon's children!" She chirped, since she always liked talking about her brother. "He's done a great many things and brought so many demigods together...!"

"I know, my Half brother Jason and Thalia told me about him.He asked that minor gods should get Cabins here.It made a major change to camp half blood" She smiled, she loved to go to a quest, but she never got a chance to go on one.It was her ultimate goal.

"Yeah, he's really nice! At first he didn't really like how he had a half-sister and an older one at that, he said his dad needed to stop having so many children. But eventually he grew to like me!" She snickered. "I wish we could've grown up together though, "

"Yeah me too...Jason and Thalia seemed to have so much quest and adventures, that I can only dream of.It get tiring listening to them when you have nothing to share you know"She smiled sadly, blowing a lock of her brown hair away from her face. She looked down at her swords and wondered why we even train if there's no quest

"Me too...." She pouted sadly. "I don't think I'd be very good on a quest though! I can't fight that well! The only reason why I'm such a threat is because I'm technically a forbidden child,"

"Yeah...But I would love to go on a quest, maybe that would make my dad honour me for once"She said, she raised her eyebrows when Contessa said she couldn't fight that well"Don't you have powers..every Poseidon got special ability, even if its just healing"She said confused

"Yeah, I have powers!" She snapped her fingers behind her back and a massive wave surged out of the sea, making some campers run away. "I am nearly invincible in water, but I can't rely on it all the time! What if I'm fighting in the desert? Or against someone who's immune to water?"

"Yeah true fact, Ive never thought like that,i have tried so hard to master all the powers that a zeus demigod can get but ive learnt how to manipulate people with my voice and I am great at swordfights and ......." her brain thinking of all the solutions and possibilities.She laughed when Cassandra said * Or against someone who's immune to water*"That's really not possible, water is essential for survival"

"Well I'm sure there's someone out there who isn't affected by my water, or very evenly matched with me," She explained. "I can swim really fast, breathe underwater, make it so others can breathe underwater, manipulate the water, talk to horses....and my clothes are never wet no matter how long I swim!"

"That's really cool" She said quietly. Poseidon kids powers are always amazing she thought silently.She like swimming but rather be flying in the sky.She smiled remembering her secret night flies with her siblings.

"I know!" She finally sat down next to her. "Maybe we could be friends? I haven't made any friends here yet, but I bet I will soon!"

"Yeah you seem cool. When did you come here" She said genuinely curious.She's been here for a full five years more than anyone and she has lots of friends already.

"Five years! I'm seventeen!~" She announced proudly. "So a little bit older than Percy, but not too much. Are you seventeen too? You look to be around my age!"

"No I'm just 15,I've been here 5 years too.Why haven't you made friends" She said quietly.She raised her eyebrows confused.
She shot a glance at Cassandra. They hadn't really spoken. To her, Cassandra had always seemed a bit strange and quiet , though she was probably very nice once you got to know her.She tried talking to her once or twice, but was always tugged away by her friends.She gave polite smiles to her but they never excanged a word for 5 years,Thats a bit extreme, She was busy with meeting, helping younger kids to settle down but that wasnt an excuse

She shrugged. "I guess I'm too bubbly and airy to get close to. I'm also Poseidon's daughter, and shouldn't even exist, so that probably intimidates people," She blushed slightly. "But I have Percy!"
