I agree Dawn!! Christine Feehan is one of most fave authors and I absolutely love this series. Her books are so different. The world she built is simply amazing.
I really respect her and I am so glad she has been around for as long as she has. Her books for me can be a bit much but I cannot believe how many authors follow her pattern
I just put it on hold at the library. you have all got me so excited for it!
I have started it. I am maybe 100 pages in. I'm struggling with it. I have not read a straight romance books before. I am planning on reading the whole thing, but so far, it is not really my thing. The writing is really good, and I like the characters except you know, I'm struggling with Mikhail and his ummmm...his desire just to protect. I don't know. We'll see how it goes.
@Sarah, he is the Prince....you'll understand him more as you read. I promise, I was just as confused but I'm glad I continued with the series.

I'm reading it for the first time now. I'm about a 100 pages in and I'm really liking it. I look forward to having a more in depth conversation about it.
I've read this one more than once, it's not my favourite in the series but I do like it. I've also listened to it in audio book format too and that's really good. I've got Dark Prince in paperback, ebook and audio book so you know how much I like it ;-)
I read this one a couple of years ago and while I enjoyed and the romance (although Raven was a bit too TSTL for my tastes), there was nothing really original in the world building. This is probably due to the fact that I had read quite a few vampire series before this book because I know that Feehan's series was actually one of the first to feature vampires.
I just finished it last night and although i thought there were a few too many sex scenes I really liked it. Mikhail grew on me too even though he was still a bit much. overall I'm excited to read more books in the series.

What do you think? Have you read it?
