Some of you might know me from my blog "Tome Travelling Baba" where I map my reads according to countries they are set in. 2017 is going to be a tricky year because I have bought a LOT of books last year but read very few because I was finishing up a degree. So, this year we have these 12 on my shelf in literally this order:
1.Sarajevo: People of the Book by Geraldine Brooks(already on it)
2.Chile: Daughter of Fortune by Isabel Allende
3.Tibet: From Heaven Lake by Vikram Seth
4.Myanmar (Burma): Dancing in Cambodia by Amitav Ghosh
5. Afghanistan: And the Mountains Echoed by Khaled Hosseni
6.USA: The Beautiful and the Damned by F. Scott Fitzgerald
7. Greece: The Theban Plays of Sophocles
8.France: All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr
9.The Erstwhile Venetian Republic: Othello by William Shakespeare
