Post anything related to Marked to Die: A Tribute to Mark Samuels.

Currently none of our books are only in hardcover. We do, however, have many customers who prefer hardcover. The price to print the hardcovers, we feel, is rather high, so we are only doing them in limited numbers to validate the price we need to charge, and also often make them with somewhat different covers.

If we used another method of printing, which we have, and we might again, the downside is that for customers outside of where the books are printed (USA or UK) would have to pay substantially more for shipping, or all the books could cost more, which is what most such presses do. But we are attempting to keep the prices down.

I like the idea of my Neo-Decadence at a reasonable price--keep literary movements affordable for Joe Sixpack!
