A small empty room with a wooden floor and white walls with no windows. In the room the feeder is chained to the wall, unless requested not to. Here a vampire is given ten minutes to feed off the human, but being careful not to drain them.

So much so, she felt breathless. She was starving. She tapped her foot, arms crossed over her chest. She flipped back her blonde locks, features drawn in with her frustration. Then, blessedly, they let her in. Her expression lit up like a child's on Christmas day as she nearly skipped into the small room.

"Hello," she drawled, pleased with more the prospect of feeding than the actual sight of the feeder.

Lewis had a distinct feeling that he was in a lot of danger. Possibly it was from seeing the dead bodies of her other feeders dragged down the corridor, possibly because there was a smile on her face. Vampires were like crocodiles in that respect – the moment they smiled, you got the hell out of there, lest they kill you. "You going to unchain me?" he asked irritably. "I'm hardly a threat, and they're not exactly light." Okay, so it was probably unnecessary to push that far, but if he was going to die he didn't want to die in chains.
He didn't try to fight. There was no point – what could he do? He wasn't that sort of person.

"Hmm?" Ganessa had already gotten lost in the idea of feeding from such a pretty neck. The definite line of his neck, the hollow of his throat; marvelous. His collarbones weren't as prominent as she would have liked, but they were good enough. She could imagine her face fitting just right in the crook of his neck. She blinked, though, as he shook her from her delightful little daydream. He was right, though; there wouldn't be much that he could do. If her track record showed anything, he likely wouldn't last any longer that the last feeder.

So, in response, she shrugged. "Sure." She drew closer to undo the chains, humming softly to match her anticipation.

The heavy chains now off, Lewis grinned and punched the vampire. His father had taught him three useful things: how to lie, how to punch, and how to run. Only problem – the door was locked. He was still trapped. Oh well, it had been satisfying while it lasted. Rather like punching a neo-nazi. You knew the consequences, but it was worth it. He moved to the opposite wall, as far from Ganessa as he could get. "Are all vampires as stupid as you?" He knew that taunting her was a bad idea, but Lewis lived off bad ideas.

dyin; I see that reference. homeboy punched him a second time off camera, supposedly

Ganessa wasn't sure if this was supposed to be a joke played on her or if this little shit had actually punched her. A hiss sounded, her jaw clenched and teeth grit. She was going to rip that pretty head right off his shoulders. She stalked towards him, lips pulled back to reveal the fangs she'd been gifted with through her transformation. "I should be asking if all human men are as stupid as you," she growled, hand fisted in his shirt. It didn't take much effort to lift him off his feet. "I guess you wanna die a whole lot faster."

It had, by now, occured to Lewis that he had possibly pushed it past the point of no return. If he was already done for, why not push it a little further? "For all this talk about killing me, you're yet to do anything." He didn't count being hung high up in the air as doing something, since that had happened to him many, many times before the takeover. "And no, most men aren't as stupid as me. I'm just special." So much for not fighting, he thought. If he lived through this, he'd probably keep trying to get at least one punch in, bruise the vampire's ego.

HE WAS PUNCHED AGAIN IN PHILLY

Special, indeed. Ganessa snarled, lips pulling back into a smile. She had a few ideas of where to bite first, places that hurt most. But the blood there wasn't as sweet as where it flowed from the arteries. She eyed his collarbone for a moment before er gaze drifted up to his neck. Without so much as a command from her mind, she felt her teeth sink into his flesh like a hot knife through butter. The taste of blood a few years ago would have tasted like copper, but now it was as sweet as honey. A soft hum of satisfaction vibrated through her, lowering the feeder slightly to shift the angle of her fangs as she lapped his blood up greedily.

Lewis had braced himself for pain, but it didn't stop it from hurting. He knew that she could have just ripped his throat out then and there, and that he should be grateful she didn't make it as painful as possible, but it was hard to be grateful to a monster that was drinking your blood. He was already beginning to feel dizzy from blood loss, too confused to figure out how much he might have lost. Barely able to think straight, he realised that his confusion was another symptom of blood loss. Lethargic? Not quite. Okay, so there was a possibility he wouldn't die.
Maybe.
A very slim possibility.

It was a good thing he wasn't squirming. It would most definitely have gotten messy if he was. Ganessa had never been careful with her feeders; one of them had struggled. The result was her snapping his neck to keep him from moving and unfortunately that had killed him. She'd never really understood how easily a life could be extinguished. Which was probably why she saw her feeders as an endless supply, aside from the fact that she could just replace them in if they broke like all her other toys.

She was nowhere near satisfied when she finally pulled away, but she figured she should exercise some control. She wanted this to be a lesson. There was no shame if she enjoyed it, though. Licking her lips, she let Lewis drop down to the floor. er gaze was steady as she listened to the soft flutter of his heart. He'd live, maybe. She probably hadn't taken too much blood. Probably. She kicked him lightly — or what she thought was lightly — to be sure if he was still conscious in some way.
