I was rereading clockwork princess and Cassie said on a note that she ended w Jem and Tessa on Blackfriars bridge because she started with it, I searched everywhere trying to find that scene but I can't find it anywhere so can someone tell me where it is and/or what it says. (Cassie calls it a daydream of Jem and Tessa on Blackfriars bridge.

Perhaps she's referring to the fact that she started with this idea.

Do you mean when Jem & Tessa took a walk together in the Clockwork Angel? Could that be the start she mentioned, the start of their relationships?

Yeah, it's the first time Tessa actually saw Jem differently and it was the beginning of their relationship as friends and something. It's where all feelings started for Jem and Tessa.
