Is "F" specific enough to count for the "Item on Cover" category?
What the F: What Swearing Reveals About Our Language, Our Brains, and Ourselves
I've got another option lined up, but part of me thinks it would be hilarious to go with the above option. :)

It would indeed be hilarious! However, unfortunately, it's actually part of the title so not actually an 'item' as such, so I'm going to say no, sorry!

Ah, thanks. I didn't notice that. But I found a subtitle in one I'm going to read in Bookopoly, so I'm set.

Karin, a-k are fine however the condition for category l is:
*It must be obvious from book page that there is a character in the book with such a name (can be nickname etc as long as it's the name mentioned on book page); can be either within description (blurb) or part of GR metadata.
And unfortunately, Don Fernando, is not actually mentioned anywhere... sorry...
You could use 'Anna' from The English Governess at the Siamese Court: The True Story Behind 'The King and I'?

Tien - is flowers on the cover too generic for f? (since I have no idea what kind of flower they actually are)?
- although are they daisies?

they look more like poppies to me, Dee.
F for flowers are fine. I just didn't want A for aquamarine flower ... that's a colour (descriptive) instead of the item. I didn't phrase it very well in the rules.
