The Magic Book Club discussion

I hope everyone is having a wonderful January so far, with lots of reading! Here are the discussion questions for Week 2 for Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban: Chapters 7 - 10.

1. What did you think of Lupin's first lesson and the boggart?

Lupin's first lesson is awesome. Too bad Hermione wasn't allowed to face the boggart... That would have been funny.
My boggart would probably be the edge of a cliff. Or I'd find myself on top of a skyscraper. Something like that.
Sirius's break-in is a little scary. Even though I know the story, it'd terrify me if I actually lived in Hogwarts. How scary is it, when someone is able to break into a well-protected place like that?
I would definitely prefer the boggart. The patronus charm is really difficult to cast, and it seems ridikkulus isn't. So yeah, I'll take my chances with my worst fear.
If I had the Marauders map, I would prefer one of my workplace. Since I work at a school, I would use it for sneaking up on my students. See if they were breaking the rules or anything.

Yeah I would have liked to see Hermione face the boggart!
I wonder how the boggart would take shapes like that. What if you have an even more abstract fear, like failure? Lucky all the kids had something physical they were afraid of..
Yes, and he attacked the Fat Lady.. she's such a constant factor it's scary to see her so shaken up.
Haha, same about the boggart. Even if mine would be a dementor I'd rather face the boggart because at least it's weaker.
That would be so awesome, I'd just use the Marauder's Map to find empty bathrooms so I don't have to wait in line xD
