You might be thinking of Skullcrack City (Jeremy Robert Johnson). I wouldn't call it cyberpunk, which may be the distinction causing the hurdle. Regardless of genre description, it's a highly entertaining novel that all fans of the genre are likely to appreciate. I loved it.

Awesome! Do not hesitate. It's a highly entertaining novel, and the "mashup" descriptions are accurate. As stated, any fan of Cp would enjoy it. I wish I wrote my own review, but it seems there are plenty that express my own impressions. Jeremy Robert Johnson is a rising author everyone should have on their radar.

The only thing i know that it's fairly recent, 2017-2014?, the book cover featured here on good reads was white with some kind of skull on it. And the only thing i can remember from the description was that it feature a lot of drugs.
Is there a way to just browse to cyberpunk tagged titles ordered by release in year?
