Brian's Winter discussion

I really enjoyed reading Brians winter because my favorite kind of books are adventure books. Ive also read hatchet and Brians hunt, which are 2 other books in the same series. Being a sequel to hatchet, the book is based in the Canadian wilderness. The book is written as if Brian was never saved from the wilderness and he has to survive the winter. One theme in this book is survival. Brian has to learn to adapt to his surroundings and survive with the limited equipment he has. Overall this was an enjoyable book and I recommend it. 4.5 out of 5 stars
