Tara Sivec, Lauren Blakely, and yes, Kristen Ashely-her Rock Chick series is similar to some of the books you mentioned.

If you liked The Neighbors From Hell (and I LOVED them) you would like More than Meets the Ink and Rock Me
I like trilogies with different couples better than trilogies with the same couple's story being dragged around. I would recomend Shine not burn by Elle Casey Shine Not Burn and Kristen Proby's With me in Seattle series. Both are funny and amazing
Jennifer L Armentrout who tends to write really good YA paranormal, also writes adult themed books as J Lynn. The Gamble brothers for example. The Fixed Trilogy was one couple but I enjoyed the story despite the occasional frustration.
Jessica Clares Games series was entertaining.
I don't know what your paranormal tolerance is, but Elizabeth A Reeves' Cindy Eller and its related series were sweet (pun regretfully intended), Molly Harper's Jane Jameson Nice Girls series and spin offs were very good for chic vamp lit.
You might like the until series by Aurora Rose Reynolds. You may like Kristen ashley but to me it depends on the book by her. I liked wild man by her also I liked breathe, lady luck, and sweet dreams. Oh and the Chase brothers series buy Lauren Dane, I like giving Chase the best.
I enjoyed More Than This by Jay McLean They are about a group of friends starts senior year in high school then moves to college. The books are linked together but are about different couples (2 books are about the same couple tho) I consider them to be NA compared to the ones you have listed

For example the Neighbor from hell from R.L. Mathewson, or Knitting in the City by Penny Reid, the Burn series by Maya Banks, Billionaire Boy's club by Jessica Clare or Beautiful Bastard series by Christina Lauren.
Can anyone suggest any other series that might be like the ones I have named above.
