What do you guys think so far? I am about to start the book today and am very excited!

I've started it and I'm not too far. I think maybe I'm on Chapter 6 or so. To me it's not that exciting so far but I want to keep reading to see if it gets better. Maybe I'm just not a Sci Fi girl :).

Erin, to me this is less sci-if and more post-apocalyptic. I'm about 40% in and I am finding it difficult to read because I start worrying about my own girls. Silly I know, but this is the kind of book that plays on my semi-irrational fears of the world coming to an abrupt end.
