Small and Independent Press Books discussion

Independent author Seeley James is the creator of series character Pia Sabel, former Olympic soccer star and now head of her own security firm. So far, the only book of the series that I've read is the opening one, ((though that one definitely won't be my last!), but I'd highly recommend that one to action adventure fans, especially those who like kick-butt heroines. The second novel in Seeley's series (which is now up to seven books!), which was serialized as Trench Coats, was subsequently published as Bring It, and is available both as an e-book and as a paperback book. I've finally gotten around to reading it, and I highly recommend it as an excellent addition to the series (I liked it even better than the first book, which is saying quite a bit!). Having finished and reviewed the third volume of Pia's exploits, Element 42, I have to say that Seeley's series continues to earn high ratings from me! Along with Modesty Blaise (and Robert E.
