Would you change any event in The Prisoner of Azkaban. If so which one and how?

I wouldn't change any in the book but in the movie adaptation I would change it so that it is, rightfully, Ron that stands up (on his broken leg) and says "If you want to kill Harry, you'll have to kill us too!". It has always annoyed me and still makes me angry that they gave it to Hermione.
