For March we're reading auto/biographies about women.

You're welcome to read the same book as others if you want. Here are two lists for some ideas, but of course you don't need to pick something from any list so long as it fits the theme.

Share what you're planning to read here!

This month I'm reading An Autobiography by Agatha Christie. She's a fascinating woman and was a tremendously gifted story-teller so I'm excited to read her biography, as written by her own self!

I'd originally wanted to read Zelda (thanks to Amazon Prime's show about her), but it wasn't available at my library and I didn't have the funds to get it this month :/ I've got hopes for Christie's book though, which I'm sure will be great!

Sadie-Janae | 13 comments For the March theme I will be reading Georgiana: Duchess of Devonshire by Amanda Foreman. I enjoyed the Keira Knightly film The Duchess and I love the name Georgiana, so this book seemed like a good fit for me!

Norah | 9 comments I'm so excited about this theme! I'll be reading Assata: An Autobiography by Assata Shakur. I am woefully ignorant of black history of the late 20th century in the US, and now seems like a particularly important time to get educated. I'm also happy to be weaving together black history month and women's history month.

I was initially planning on reading something by Allison Weir since I love her writing and am always ready to delve into Early Modern Europe, so if anyone is stuck and into that sort of thing I highly recommend her work!

I'm reading The Diary of a Young Girl since I've been meaning to reread it (I read it in fourth grade for a project. My mother got me special permission to read it for this historical-person wax-museum style presentation we had to do and I hardly remember anything except writing my report the morning of the presentation) and because it tops both of the suggested lists.

Jess (jessreads_) | 6 comments I've been meaning to read A Stolen Life by Jaycee Dugard for years now and never got around to it, so this'll be the perfect time to read it! I'll probably start it in a few days.

So I am super behind lol Totally haven't finished this month yet, been too busy watching my niece... and maybe with also playing Watch Dogs 2 haha I plan on finishing before starting April though!

For those of you who did finish the challenge, what did you think of your choices?
