I like them both, equally. I've had to roleplay as Dean for a while now, so I appreciate his faults.
However, I've always been a slight bit more drawn towards Sam, as he is an introversive book-lover with family problems.
So, in the end, I would go with Sam. But only by a little bit

I like both characters, but overall I prefer Dean's storyline.
