but does he look vaguely like he could maybe pass as an 18 yr-old who looks old for their age?

I honestly think he could. I know there were a lot of kids at my hs who looked even older than him. I think you're fine

She's adorable and I love her
Her name is Dominque Provost-Chalkley and she's such a magical little unicorn
Who was unfortunately born in 1990 but like would it be possible for me to maybe still use her ?

i think it'll work! i just put that there as a rule of thumb, but it's honestly all at your own discretion, not a real rule or anything.
