Hello All!
It's almost time to start Redshirts! I am very excited for it. I did see I am next in line for it on Overdrive, so I am hoping to have it by March 1..If not, I might be a little late starting it. But please feel free to read at your own pace and remember we have all of March to get through it. I will start discussion folders when we get closer.

Quick Update:
I apologize, but I STILL haven't started this book. I am waiting for it at Overdrive and hope to have it this week. I'm too poor to buy it, or else I would! Luckily, I should have more time for reading the second half of the month. The first half has been nuts! I have been finishing the excellent series, Red Rising. I am on the third book in the trilogy and it is just amazing. I highly recommend it, especially if you love science fiction. The first book is kind of a Hunger Games-esque book with a YA feel, but the second and third are more traditional science fiction. The world building is amazing and I highly recommend you check them out. I am obsessed!
Anyway, once I get the book, I will start discussing. I am not sure where everyone is but please feel free to post whenever you want! If not, no biggie either. I know people are busy, but I want to continue the club and keep it ongoing. People can jump in whenever they want! If you want to skip certain months, that is fine too!
Happy Reading!

No worries Beth! I had my student teacher start at the beginning of the month, so I've been overloaded as well. I have read a little of the book and so far it is okay. I hope to get going on reading in the second half of the moth too. I definitely want to keep the club going as well. Thanks for organizing! Amy

Drum Roll Please!

This is featured on many lists I've seen for "fun sci fi books". I think it looks awesome! I already have it on hold and I would suggest the same for people who aren't buying it.
