For our second book we will be reading Origins of Totalitarianism. This is the general discussion thread. Please feel free to start subject specific threads about the book.

There is a lot of interesting history in the "antisemitism" chapter that I didn't know a lot about. I'm definitely now intrigued by the history of international banking.

I'm also learning how many gaps in historical knowledge I have while reading this, but it is generally well contextualized.

Has anyone found any good study guides for this book yet?

Yeah I agree, I'm aware of the Rothchilds and on a surface level the involvement of Jewish people in finance but this is a pretty in depth look, with a tragic foreshadowing which we know about from history.

Hmm I know some university classes spend a quarter reading this book, I wonder if their class material are available online.
