I'm super excited to start reading a ton of books this week! What books are you planning on reading to complete some challenges?

message 2: by Elaine (new)

Elaine Howlin (elainehowlinbooks) Really want to take part this month, I'm travelling during the dates but I'll try squeeze in a short story or a graphic novel.

Jessica (BookRockGoddess) Bolton (bookrockgodess) | 2 comments I think I will aim for 1200 pages. Also, possibly a book you picked because of the cover. Those challenges sound good because I am taking part in Read a Rama readathon.

Elaine Howlin (elainehowlinbooks) Sounds like a good plan, Jessica. 1200 pages is a lot, good luck with it!

Good luck to all of you! I'm planning on reading I'll Give You The Sun by Jandy Nelson (I have to read it for book club) and when I'm done with that I think I'll pick up a graphic novel to complete that challenge. Most likely I'll pick up Astonishing X-Men because that's the one I've been most looking forward to picking up.

Peter (petemoss) | 12 comments I've decided to complete the book that has to do with traveling challenge and read The Odyssey. I'm sort of killing two birds with one stone, because I was already going to read it this week forgetting the Duodecathon would be taking place, heheh. As of this morning I'm on part 4—fairly optimistic!

Katya (bookatastrophe) I'm going to read a book that's been on my shelf for over 2 years (A Clash of Kings)

Wendy (wmaresca) I am going to read a Graphic Novel since I just joined the group tonight. I have the first Saga book / graphic novel

Sam M. | 14 comments I started Lies by Micheal Grant as the first unread book on my shelf, and I'm about halfway through, so I'm trying to binge the rest of it today!
