Birds of Prey ( I'd like a version that's more like the comic version)
Wonder Woman ( animated by Timm and Dini)
Smallville version of the Justice League
Rip Hunter: Time Master
I could do this all day, but I'll stop there.
Sure I'm going to add more later.

I'd check out a show about Jonah Hex just because I think it could be totally different than the other stuff out there.

I wish that we could see Bruce Wayne in his own show... different than what I think Gotham will be (which is focused on Jim Gordon).
I think that it would have been great to see Bruce, after losing his parents early in the show - travel the world and train with all of the martial artists, etc. The comics touched on things through the years like Henri Ducard... so there is some material, and lots of space to fill as well.

I'd like to see Dick Grayson with a show - either covering him as Robin, or even skipping to him as Nightwing

Nightwing was supposed to be introduced somewhere along the line.

In the extended trailer, where its discovered that the event that gives Barry his powers also gave powers to tons of other people as well, probably heroes as well as Villains.
Which means I'm sure characters that would not normally be used because they may not be as popular or are form the pre 52 universe are fair game to introduce into the Flash and maybe their own show.
So who would I like to see? That's a loaded question. lol.

The Suicide Squad
Metamorpho the element Man
Batgirl - Stephanie Brown
Gotham Sirens - Poison Ivy, Catwoman, Harley Quinn
Hourman
Blackhawk
Doctor Fate
Zantana
Challengers of the Unknown
A short list for now. But these are some that are very doable. Id love to add Metal Men to that list, but the amount of effect and cost to do them would only be for the big screen, which is in the works anyways.

There was talk of an Hourman show back when Smallville was on the air. While it might have been cool, I'd hate if they changed the costume.

While having to change his origin just a bit to take into account the blast, for those not knowing him, his body is broken down into the various elements on the elemental chart, allowing him to change his form into any one or combined elements. Very doable.
Zantana would work because she deals in magic, real magic.
Doctor Fate would work, but his origin would need to be worked a little more for the small screen. Since Doctor fate was always meant to be piloted by two people to be able to use all the power he has at his disposal.
Challengers of the Unknown; they don't have powers but on an expedition all four of them survived a devastating crash which should have by right killed them all. They believe they are living on borrowed time, so as a result investigate all kinds of unknown and dangerous things.
Blackhawk would be the hardest of the bunch and probably the most impossible to give a show, but I can dream.
Batgirl, another Bat roaming the streets and rooftops of Gotham, but she would never be able to run into Batman, die to licensing and other things. Maybe not as easy to do.

The campus would be their HQ and give them room for all kinds of stories.
I'd probably want some version of the original four line up.
A Babylon 5 style sci-fi series featuring the DC space heroes, either big name ones like Green Lantern or the Silver Age ones like Space Ranger and Tommy Tomorrow.

So somewhere down the line it could work for DC.

The Suicide Squad..."
What did you think of the treatment of Suicide Squad in Arrow?
Not being very familiar with the team, I thought it was alright.
Though I was disappointed they made Amanda Waller so young, thin, and attractive...
I did love the (view spoiler) , though :)

And for a series that they want to keep grounded, basically sans super powers or meta humans, I thought the Suicide Squad wasn't to shabby. The addition of a brief cameo off camera of Harley Quinn made it all worth while.
But now with the Flash and the creation of Meta Humans in that series, there will be tons more of shared Flash foes that I'm sure will make their way to Starling City for a visit to Green Arrow.

Yeah I was used to the...well, unattractive version of Amanda Waller myself. I'm lukewarm either way on the introduction of the Suicide Squad with Arrow. I was like, oh, okay, so they're doing that, alright.
I loved seeing more Deadshot though, I find him intriguing.

I'll take either live action or animated.
Yeah it would
I'm now thinking of that Smallville episode when Kal-El meets a few members and they help out with Brainiac... that was a good one...
