Renee Thompson (reneethompson) | 65 comments Does anyone have some hints about high altitude vegan baking? My cakes and cookies remain runny, even when I increase the flour and make the other changes advised by different sites. My banana bread comes out weighing ten pounds per loaf, it seems.
