SF/F Read Alongs discussion

I'm not seeing a new topic for it so I'm putting one here - I created a poll to help us decide which SF book to read next for a Read Along!

I was thinking of arranging it for March, but then I realised I had some difficulty getting my hands on Six Wakes here in the UK so maybe a bit more time might be required. If so, we can make it April.

I heard about The expanse and was told it is dope. I am not sure if I want to engage on a serie though? I Usually like to go through most it quickly.

Anyway, I voted for it, hoping there are not too many characters so I would be able to read one or two other books in between every instalment.

I think the Expanse is pretty great (I've read the first three books). More viewpoint characters get added as the series goes, but I believe it starts out with just two in the first one.

It looks like we'll be reading Leviathan Wakes next. I propose April, if we want to start right on a fresh month, but since I don't know the book well enough to work out chapter divisions and whatnot, I'm happy to let someone else organise it and choose a schedule...

Whatever you think is a reasonable week to chapter ratio, so long as it doesn't go on forever. ;)

I just saw this as well! But I'm happy with reading Leviathan Wakes and will be joining in come April.
