I'm about halfway through and this book is really funny!! My mom loved Star Trek so I always remember watching it growing up. I wasn't aware of the "red shirt" concept before this book though. All the side characters die! I hope our guys are successful in their plan to stop the TV show by going back in time! "And it's not even a very good show." Haha!

Yes! I was/am a huge Trekkie. I'm glad the book finally connected to the real show. I was having a hard time at the beginning of the book because I didn't quite understand where it was going and how it would link up to the real show. Really pretty funny.

Amy, I totally agree..I had some trouble getting into it, but once it hit its stride I was hooked. I did not put it down until I was done (that was a rough morning getting up)! I was looking at this author's bio and he seems like a funny guy. I am not sure what his other books are like, but I think I will check out other ones for sure!
