Let's talk about what we think will happen...

Do you like the idea that this won't have a true sequel?

Will the aliens make a reappearance?
What will the connection be to Lilac and Tarver?
Will the romance be repetitive?
Are you looking forward to the sequel?

Personally, I'm glad that the book had a real ending. There weren't any loose ends - unless you consider Lilac and Tarver's future to be a loose end.

I can't say I'm looking forward to the sequel. There are so many series out there that there just isn't time to follow all of them to their conclusion. On the other hand, I might consider reading This Shattered World out of curiousity.

I think that the sequel could be fun, because it is in the same world. I think that the premise is interesting but I don't know if I will be reading it - pace of the last one was a bit too slow.

I do like that the female lead in this one is military and has a position of power. I like strong female leads...

Yeah...so I just read the blurb for the sequel....

Excitement gone.

I wanted to read more on Lilac and T but that's not happening.

I am slightly interested in the sequel due to the excellent romance angle in TBS it'd be nice to see if it gets better in TSW.
