The longlist for the 2017 Stella Prize was recently announced - http://thestellaprize.com.au/prize/2017/. The short list will appear on March 8 and the winner on April 18. The $50,000 (Australian dollars) Stella Prize is given to an Australian woman author of a fiction or non-fiction book.
