1. Read a book with "White" or any shade of white in the cover (ivory, cream, bone, etc...).

2. Read a book with "Pink" or any shade of pink in the cover (rose, magenta, salmon, etc...).

3. Read a book with "Red" or any shade of red in the cover (maroon, brick, scarlet, etc...) Eligible: A Modern Retelling of Pride and Prejudice by Curtis Sittenfeld.

4. Read a book with "Orange" or any shade of orange in the cover (apricot, ginger, carrot, etc...).

5. Read a book with "Yellow" or any shade of yellow in the cover (blond, chartreuse, canary, etc...).

6. Read a book with "Green" or any shade of green in the cover (sage, lime, jade, etc...) The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan.

7. Read a book with "Light Blue" or any shade of light blue in the cover (teal, sky, cerulean, etc...). The Nest by Cynthia D'Aprix Sweeney.

8. Read a book with "Dark Blue" or any shade of dark blue in the cover (indigo, denim, navy, etc...).

This challenge is the monthly challenge for february led by Megan and I'm quite enjoying it. Its something different. I'll try and keep it up throughout the whole year and see how far I can travel. I've edited the above posts for the books already read to kick start my journey. The rules are copied below from the february challenge:

With every book you read, choose the setting (or settings) and calculate how many miles there are between that point and the previous point using this calculator.

Rules:
- Only books based on this world count--sorry, no traveling to different galaxies. :)
- Use each setting in each book once; even if the characters travel back and forth, you can only count the setting for that book one time
- You may revisit the same setting in different books (for example, you may read two books that both take place in New York City)
- Use your best judgment on which settings in each book should be included; you should only be using primary settings
