This is so interesting! I have a brother who has worked at the NIST since 1965. I'm going to ask him if he has ever heard of it.

It had me in tears by the end of the documentary. Newman was swearing at people and obviously losing it mentally. Yet his exhibits seemed to be real. WTF is going on? I don't get it. I hope everyone gets a chance to watch the full documentary.
