Amy (DemonKittie) (demonkittie)

Good morning people! I know I haven't shared a newsletter for a while. I am sorry about that. I've been quite busy. January my grandmother passed, February we had to empty the entire contents of our storage unit, and in March I got incredibly sick. I am hoping that now things will settle down and I will be more on this. It's hard being the only one running a group. I will try to be better at it.

I haven't read more than one book so far this year. I will be cutting back my internet time for many reasons. I need to start getting healthy, so I am going for walks and being more physically active. I have been in a constant state of change since the year started and it has been exhausting. Now lets get into the good stuff shall we?

I didn't manage to get a poll up, but one of the nominations for last month was Strings by David Estes. I haven't had the pleasure of reading it yet, but as a fan of the author I decided to make that I would put not only Strings, but Brew up as our Co-Books of the Month. If you haven't had the pleasure of reading any of his series, I recommend that you do. Discuss Strings Here & Discuss Brew Here

We are starting a new series this month. The Dust Lands series by Moira Young. If you have read it, or you decide to read it please discuss it here.

This month we have an Easter reading challenge. You can check it out by clicking here.

Lastly, PLEASE nominate books for next month by Clicking Here.

I hope you have a great April, and a wonderful and safe Passover/Easter/Whatever this month has in store for you. Happy reading!
