I just started reading this amazing book and am fascinated by the idea of La Loba. I am curious to hear from other readers; do we all have our own personal La Loba within ourselves and how to we find her?

It is the only story I've read so far and I have to admit it kind of stuck with me. I think we all have our personal Loba, but we have to really look for her if we want to find her as this is probably something that does not come naturally.I like how this book makes me think and really search for the way in which the stories relate to my own life.
Based on the story and the characteristics of La Loba, it seems to me that literally spending time alone in nature is one way. That idea is what I connected with most on a personal level, but Estés also talks about how to reach Río Abajo Río (which I understand to be the realm that La Loba inhabits) through art, music, prayermaking, and so on.

So far, La Loba was my favourite chapter too, because I could relate it the most.
My La Loba collects bones through reading and learning, and making connections between the "bones" is the thing she likes to do the most.
I always loved wolves as a child, can't be a coincidence, can it?
At first i didn't expect this book would be this great!after the first chapter i am obsessed with it, I love the story La Loba:she collected bones to bring life back and that she-Wolf became a woman, how wonderful it is! i think we all have our own la loba and the way we can find her is to do things we want to but are not "allowed ",to push our limits, to believe in ourselves that we can be something, to raise our voices to be heard, to not afraid of our true powers. By doing these, we will find her or she will find us .
