The World Reborn discussion

What were some of the characters that interested you the most? Who would you like to know more about? What would you like to happen to them?

Aside from Vall, all the characters I want to read about are (view spoiler)[dead ! :P Kalor, Vall's dad and Dodge ! But I mostly want to learn what had happened to them in the past, so it may be complicated to explore their backgrounds without disturbing the pace of the main story, I don't know ! :)
Also here are my questions from book 1 (just copied them from my review actually because I'm lazy ! :)

** Who was Reva and how did she create the other world?
** What's the Loren's history? And how are they different of humans?
** Can the Essence within someone's body drain completely ? And if so, how does it regenerate?
** Who was Kalor ? And what happened to him when Vall thought he was dead ? Why did he have the coin and leave it in plain sight?
** How did Greil manage to manifest in Elemor while physically imprisoned behind the doors?
** What happened to Dodge after he entered the door for the first time with Vall and how is it possible that Vall didn't recognize him?
** Where does the mysterious blank book come from and why is it helping Araine? Is it soul-imbued like the Loren blades ?
** Are there other fantastical creatures like the Dawn Wolves?
** How did Evral encounter his "master" for the first time? (hide spoiler)]
