I've read this one as well as it was picked for our local award scheme and it was one of my favourites of their selection. It had such a realistic, emotional and rawness to it. It captures society today through a two very vulnerable women of a different generations,

This was quite a novel when I read this, it had soo much in it especially about important subjects such as teen pregnancy and dementia. I loved the relationship between Hattie and Gloria. Such a beautiful relationship or two very different generations.
