The sound of heels could be heard coming down the hallway of the basement. Up stairs was where her Ball was being thrown, but she decided to come down here for a quick visit. Being that she's the only one down here, along with her prisoner, Elizabeth had to open the door herself rather than have a guard open it for her. Elizabeth gripped the key and inserted it into the lock. Click. The door swung open and she stepped in.
Elizabeth wore a black gown that had a deep V and flared from her waist. Her long dark hair cascaded in curls down her shoulders, and she wore a smokey eye look, and as always, she had her blood red lipstick on.
After closing the door after herself, Elizabeth faced forward. Her brown eyes scanned the room to find her prisoner. She stepped forward once, then twice, her heels clicking, before she spoke. "It's been to long Cupid." The last time she's seen him was before she had managed to take over the humans. He was the last of her concern at the time. Elizabeth softly laughs at what she said, because really, the time that went by without them seeing each other was nothing compared to how long they've been alive for.

Eso's eyes almost went uncrossed when Cupid spun around, singing at the top of his lungs. Throwing a pointed finger at Eso as the song went on, "AND YOUUU'VE GOT TIIIME!"
the cat jumped to his feet with panic, his fur puffing wildly up his back, with drawns ears, and his claws clasping to the bed comforter.
Click.
The mood was tamed and he brushed over, turning down the tv, then looked towards the door.
"Gross." Cupid exchanged with a mature tone. He'd made his way to the center of the room, then stood stationary in his sweat pants.
"That dress makes me think of suspenders. A skirt held up by thick, old man, suspender straps."
Cupid's tone reflected strong distaste, though he had rightful reason to have butter feelings towards the queen. Given his isolation, and overall sense of time to an immortal, it didn't feel like all too long sense he last saw her, especially now that she was here with him again.
"Today must be the ball. I'm not dancing with you, dressed like that." He said lamely. The informative of the ball had to of come from Gris, his favorite servant, though she hadn't told him anything about the queen coming for a visit.
Elizabeth walked passed him as he stood in the center of the room. She looks over his room, from the dark wells to the circular bed. This was a change for him from his last room, that was for sure. Only because they didn't live in a manor before she became Queen.
Elizabeth stalked over to his bed and sat down on the edge. She crossed her legs and smoothed her dress. With a roll of her eyes and a dismissive wave of her hand, she said, "Your opinion of how in dress does not concern me." But flicks her hand to push her hair behind her shoulder, "Besides, I think the dress is lovely." She adds her own opinion.
Hearing him bring up the ball, she cocked her brow at how he knew. That damn servant. Doesn't know how to keep her mouth shut. Oh well, Elizabeth thought to herself. "I didn't come here to dance with you." She tells him. She examines him in his gray sweatpants before looking down to his cat. She had to admit, she did love cats. Black ones in particular. "But I'd be a shame for you to miss such a wonderful moment, where we celebrate our victory." Elizabeth says proudly as she examines her nails. "That's too bad for you."

"Oh my goood." Cupid's eyes were lamely heavy, turning and faced Elizabeth while his words droned, "Do you want me to gooo or nooot?" He continued to stand, sculpted in the middle of the room, shirtless and well groomed.
He wasn't entirely sure what her angle was, if she had some kind of news for him, though it just seemed that she wanted to rub something he truly didn't care about in his face. Going to the ball had more cons than pros. A different scenery would be amazing, but surrounded by a majority population of female vampires boiling with misandry sounded awful.
Elizabeth could be hinting at some kind of new victory, though he wasn't sure what more victory could be had after becoming queen.
"Of course not fool," Elizabeth said, the corner of her lips rising a little. He'd suspected that at least, and he did. He was probably just playing stupid, like the many time he would when ever she comes to visit him. "I couldn't possibly allow your presence to be at the ball. That would cause a stir amongst the feeders that will be there with their masters, and I can't have that. Think of all the ideas they'll try to get when they find out there's a vampire male. Silly men," she mumbles the last part to herself.
Elizabeth moves to lean back on the bed, putting her hands at her side to hold herself up as she did. She tilted her head to the side and looked around the room again, her curled hair hanging behind her only to expose her neck. "This room is different from you last, since the last was a basement." She tells him. Before being a queen, Elizabeth actually had her own place, in the woods of course. She had him locked up in the basement. "Different then all the rooms you had actually. You should be lucky." She looks back to him.

"Where's Gris?" Cupid said sternly, as though Elizabeth already had her slaughtered for his own torment. "Don't tell me she's going to the ball. I'm afraid you won't be able to keep up if you ask her to dance. You better send her down here with me. She and I can keep up with each other."
Cupid took a few slow steps towards the queen, though continued to keep his distance when he stopped a few steps away from her. Gris wasn't much of a threat to Elizabeth, he assumed, though he prodded for the reason that she came down to see him. "What is it, Queen Elizabeth?" He hissed, "What are you here for?"
Elizabeth couldn't help but smirk at his reaction. Anger, just what she wanted to see. It amused her. She would be lying if she said it wasn't the reason she came down her, just to rub life in his face and see him angry.
She soon lost that smile when he brought up the human. "Pff," she said and then continues to say, "I don't need to worry about her. She won't be dancing. All the servants are needed to work." She explains to him. "So don't get your hopes up with seeing your girlfriend." Elizabeth then runs her tongue over her top teeth before pressing into one of her fangs. It pierced into her and drew blood, but just as she pulled away the wound healed.
She watched him come closer to her, wondering if he would dare come even closer. But he seemed smart enough to keep his distance. "What am I here for?" She asked. She grips the edge of the bed and pushs herself to stand. She then walks closer to him slowly, her heals clicking with each step. "What? I can't visit an old friend?" She teased. She moved to stand before him now. She softly chuckled. She then decides to tell him why she's really here. "I'm here to tell you that I'm most likely going to kill you next week," Elizabeth said that nonchalantly. "There's no use of you anymore, I've done my experiments, besides, you know the process of changing humans to vampire and I can't have anyone know that."

"Get out." He hissed.
Eso trotted back over and to Cupid's feet.
He picked up the cat and glared towards Elizabeth, as though Eso would protect him with righteousness. He didn't want to hear any more form the queen, unsure if he believed her, but didn't want to make any more mistakes and grab her again or something.
The queens lips slightly parted as he took a hold of her. But she held in a gasp. She held his gaze, his holding rage. Her eyes quickly scanned him. His purple hair, facial hair, nose piercing. He has really changed since the first time they've met.
She knew that she shouldn't be smiling, because it would only would make him more angry. But that didn't stop her. After all, she wasn't scared of him. She was the Queen. She was far more experienced then he was. Before she could get he change to grab him or anything, he let go of her, which was lucky got him. She pushed her hair out of her face and stepped back. "Careful of your actions, before you week changes to days." She tells him. She takes one more glance at him and the cat before turning around and letting herself out, dragging her black dress behind her.
