Dear S Fans,

I'm looking for some books/literature on the history and design of the Union Jack flag.

If you know of something thank you in advance!

I am vaguely aware it's a combination of a couple of other flags, St Georges, Scottish, Irish flags....


I'm curious about the crossed stripes....and really the visual and symbolic meanings of the flag.
