Is each episode over an hour long? XD Just starting the first one now.

They are roughly around an hour long XD

That's pretty long XD I'm actually starting the first one now :p Had to go out and then didn't feel like watching. The beginning is so long though!

Going to compile all of my thoughts for Episode 1 into one post, so you'll get my thoughts in an hours' time approximately XD

I agree episodes of tv shows are usually shorter than that but the show is quite interesting for me that I watched through its two episodes without noticing when they were over. At least it's not like some anime shows of 300 hundred episodes. XD

Second thought: boobies. Didn't realise this was an adult show haha. Pretty gory with all this shooting!

I am going to love this show :D Wild West! I love this time zone! I love anything historical!

Not really sure how robots are fitting in. Oh wait, here comes someone who can't be shot.. clearly that's something to do with it.

Waaait whaaaat? They're living inside a little playset thing? And it seems like it's on repeat. Man this has so much potential! (hide spoiler)]

This is such a good show! Holy moly!

I've wanted to watch so I might join in. Is the show like really sexual? Not a big fan of the ones that are. Or do they swear a lot? And by a lot I mean more than the occasional swear

Nope not really sexual as stuff, but there are definitely a lot of private parts, and not just girls' for a change.. That was really surprising, seeing a male sex organ vividly on screen.

But yeah join in :D It's incredible I'm loving it. Pretty complex ideas, from what I can tell so far, but so moorish :p

I've heard nudity is typical of HBO shows and there is lots of nudity in this one but so far it's a necessary part of story. I'm fine with it as long as it's within context of story and not thrown in there just for commercial reasons. Not sure whether the show is going to get unnecessarily sexual later on but there might be some brief scenes here and there. I hope sexual parts won't spoil my interest for the story and ideas there.

How often did you want to watch an episode, Lee?

Till episode 7 at least, there are no unnecessary sex scenes and whatever is shown is pretty normal unlike Game of Thrones.. ( I mean I love GOT but sometimes it is TOO MUCH)

Yeah that's why I haven't watched GoT. Like Quantico is sexual enough and even tho I skip all that stuff it's just ew. Lol I sound like such a kid there but yeah ahah

Half way through the first episode I was thinking of a dark twist that would make the show more interesting. I thought what if these robots are not in fact robots and some sort of cyborgs. Like the company creating them uses human beings (took their souls out of their bodies for example) to create such humanoid robots that are there only for pleasure?

I know the idea is sick but I've seen such a dark twist in a certain anime show. It was not related to robots though. In the anime main characters try to create a certain object to save themselves but to their horror it turns out they would need to kill hundreds of people by capturing their souls in that object.

Dr Ford (Anthony Hopkins' character) seems such a dark and mysterious character that I think he might have done a similar horrible thing to start the project.

I love the cast so far. To have both Anthony Hopkins and Ed Harris in a show is just awesome. Evan Rachel Wood's acting is also good and she's pretty. The rest of cast have done a good job as well.

As for the characters, so far I'm on the side of Dolores and would like if she starts a havoc in the lab and company. I'm yet to understand whether Bernard in a good guy or bad guy but I think many other characters are dark and evil somehow, haha.

I'm fine with GOT.. it is actually one of my favourites.. but sometimes, I can't handle it xD And in India, shows like these are heavily censored. So, it was a huge shock for me..

Was that a spoiler about the whole episode? If so, thank gosh there weren't any spoilers! I'm not sure I'm going to finish the first one today. I'll finish it tomorrow though :) Are you okay waiting for me to get to the 3rd one?

I'd never seen anything like GoT before either, but since then it doesn't shock me as much.

And what's all of this about hosts..? Are some people in there robots and some of them humans? Are they just testing them out or what? If so, how did they get the humans in there..

Now it kind of sounds like people pay to get in those little scenes? Why else would they call them 'guests' and talk about them getting hurt and saying things that are 'scripted' from the robots.. (hide spoiler)]

That's just a 3D map, I think.. they are transported through lifts directly into the park and they are all life-sized..

And the rest of your questions - well.. you'll find out as you go along :P But, trust me.. it gets better.. the first few episodes will just familiarise you with the characters and the concept..

One episode a day. Sometimes I want to watch next episode right away when I am excited so two episodes in a day would be fine too :)

I'm not really strict when it comes to buddy reading/buddy watching plans. We don't need to make it look like military schedule XD After all we're a bunch of buddies who want to share interests and thoughts. There is no serious penalty if any of us fall behind a little, right?

It's alright. I'll wait for you to reach episode 3. You don't have to rush! :)

As for my spoiler post, it's just my thoughts about first episode without any major plot point revealed. I posted it as spoiler because other people might stumble upon my post and I don't want to spoil the show for them at all.

Alright 1 episode a day sounds good. 2 is pushing it a little for me, what with all of the other shows I'm watching too, but the occassional day that might be alright. It just really depends.

I just don't want to fall behind because if I do I know I most likely won't feel motivated to catch up.

No rush? But I'm holding you up so much already, seeing as you said you even like to watch 2 a day!

I'll definitely finish Episode 1 tomorrow, and hopefully Episode 2 as well, so then the next day we can watch Episode 3?

Oh wow he's a robot too.. Are they all robots apart from the guests? I'm confused.

And don't the robots know they're on a loop? Because it doesn't matter what happens, they tend to have the same lines.

I love this theme song, but why are these random people shooting everyone? I don't understand the way things just reset the next day and nothing happens.. The present day guy even said he reprogrammed everything so he comes a week early, but how do the weeks work in this if every day is the same? (hide spoiler)]

Just looked up to see how many episodes/seasons there were, and there next season is coming out next year sometime! At least there's 10 episodes in first season, even though it'll be over in another like 8 days, seeing as it's 1 a day.

I would love love love an experience like this! I've always wanted to visit the past, to actually experience it as if I was living in it, rather than just yknow watching a movie or visiting historical sites. This would be incredible. (hide spoiler)]

Can't wait to follow this guy and his story. It'll explain a lot to me! That first episode we just jumped right in.

Something's happening with Dolores. This is going to be good. She knows something's up. But what is she remembering? The previous day? Repeating what her dad told her...

Kind of like they're not even really in that world though, because everyone else there is either a guest too (so doesn't belong) or a host. Why aren't all the guests freaking out?

Why am I getting the feeling that whoever old Newcomer shoots doesn't come back, or something else happens to them... Because I feel like he isn't meant to be doing this, and he's just doing what he wants.. He isn't a guest (at least I don't think he is).
