What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

The heroine works at a publishing company (I think it's called knight publishing) as an editor and the owner is like a father to her. Heroine meets the owners son for the first time and they have an instant connection. Towards the end of the book the dad has a heart attack and is dying and he wants the son and heroine to get married. They do to make him happy and the dad eventually dies.
