The Sword and Laser discussion

I thought Cibola Burn wasn't supposed to release until June 17th, but I saw it on the shelf at Books-A-Million yesterday... Not complaining, just confused.

Chapters (in Canada) sent me my copy this week.

Yeah Well Shield and Crocus and Come Spell Or High Water werent scheduled to be released until 10th and 17th but B&N says I'll have them tomorrow so who knows

Book 4? How long is this series?

Well Considering how much I'm enjoying it hopefully longer...My favorite bit of sci-fi since Firefly

I know they've got a fifth book planned. I think its working title is Nemesis Games. Currently scheduled for a 2015 release, maybe?

I believe there is going to be at least 6 books in the series. Perhaps more(?). Not to mention all of the novellas intermixed between books.

I saw an interview with them somewhere that said they were writing the the novels as loose duologies that follow on from each other. And there are 6 novels and 6 novellas planned.

Geez. I'm barely starting on the first of the series. I'm planning on reading Leviathan Wakes sometime this month. I didn't know that there was more! I have a lot of catching up to do. I'm really hoping to like the first book. I've heard tons of good things about it. Can't get to the fourth book if I don't like the first one. ^_^;
