What is an OP? (Sorry I'm new to roleplaying).

It's basically saying your character is too powerful. If someone could control the movements of another's character, that would be op. If they had super speed, sonic scream, best battle moves ever, mixed in with a bunch of amazing powers, that'd be op

Can we have one or two characters? Cause the group info says 2 but rules say 1
