Omg!! I'm going to fall out in the floor!! I just finished the first book so I need to get on with it. But I have the blu-rays of the first two seasons !! I love it all so much =)
I LOVE Outlander-I have seen Diana speak live twice now. And back in December, I went to the Outlander Fan Convention, Thru the Stones in Iowa and met my tv boyfriend, Rupert-Grant O'Rourke and Terry Dresbach. It was amazing!! Get on the viewing, Sassenach! :)
That's awesome! If I wasn't homebound I would have met many people and went many places, but alas, life isn't always fair! I'm so excited to get on with the show and books though =)
I'm getting by with some fan videos on YouTube...barely getting by hahahahttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BP-lQ...
Carmen is a genius
I like this one better because of the background pipe music but there are quite a few to look at:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1r0nU... or

I can't deal with the waiting, so I don't watch the end of a season until the new season is out. I know, it's crazy! But, of course, I've read the books and I do have to deal with waiting for those.
Yeah -- Droughtlander is painful when combined with the fact I am finished the main series AND some of the novellas. Ironically, I jumped in at Voyager and never read the first one -- probably won't until the "Bees" imminent release
Why are you dragging your feet so much on Outlander? I think you should go ahead and read it. You've seen season one on Starz so you have the gist of it. The book that should be a reread just before Bees is MOBY because it will refresh you on where everybody is and what they have just been through. Of course you could reread books 1-8 before Bees comes out too :) Then you would be showing the signs of true addiction like so many of us.
I'm reading Dragonfly In Amber right now and just pre-ordered the new anniversary edition coming out in November!!!!! I hope it's like the beautiful anniversary edition of the first one. It's so beautiful. I was hoping they would put them all out in those editions. Of course I still have the paperbacks but that doesn't matter :-)
Seven Stones to Stand or Fall: A Collection of Outlander Fiction is coming out on 27 June. The first five novellas have been previously published in anthologies, but there's a new Lord John novella. And there's "Virgins", featuring a 19 year old Jamie Fraser.
Actually I have been re-reading parts of Voyager frequently especially (view spoiler) as well as MOBY where Claire (view spoiler)As well as watching the Starz ep A Dragonfly in Amber ...has sort of kept me going thru Droughtlander...but...yeah..I am shambling toward D/L Outlander. Guessing I will do that this weekend when I finish "The Space Between" .. the novella about Joan/Ian/Msr Raymond & The Cmt Ste Germain
