I can't even remember if this was actually a book because I read it so long ago. This is literally all I remember about it. I think she was living with her grandma or something???

What genre: literary fiction, horror, mystery, gothic, etc?
I can't remember how long ago it was but I think it may have been YA or even middle reader and I think it was mystery. I'm sorry I can't give any more info it was a long time ago! :/
I think the book took place in the early 2000's or maybe 90's?
I think the girl was coming to live with her relative, possibly her grandmother. And she found out about the relative that was a pyromaniac. I think a youngish girl is the main character.
