Ice Ghosts discussion

I received an ARC and am enjoying the sttory, but I'm very frustrated by the missing place names in the maps. I hope there are more in the published edition!

I'm very grateful to the designer for the fine work on the maps that are in the book. It wasn't possible to fit more maps in this edition, but I'll discuss with the publisher options for providing more details.
