What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I'n looking for a contemporary book where the heroine is hired by the hero to be a tutor for his son, who is actually his nephew but has had legal custody of him since his brother's death. The kid was like 10 years old, he was described as very smart and he also played an instrument, I believed it was the cello or violin. The heroine and hero obviosly end up falling in love, but one night the heroine and the hero's kid get in an accident and she is blamed for it. I read this like a year and a half ago, and recently I've been wanting to read it again but I cant remember the name, so it would really mean a lot if anyone could help me find it.

No it was more of a spoiler and yes the hero and his son only speak english!

Also, I read this book like about a year and a half or two back and I remember it had just been released.

Hope someone knows this one. It sounds interesting.
