I was reading the New Yorker piece on the tragic death of writer/activist Mark Baumer (brought to my attention by author and Chaos member Rebecca). In the article, they mention what sounds like an outlandishly surreal story called "Yachts". Turns out it's available online and I'm going out on a limb here and posting it without reading it first (yes, the other members in my dot-your-"eyes"-and-cross-your-"tees" club do refer to me as the "rebel")...
