My thoughts and experiences

This past week has been really hard for me. The negativity and commentary has been so much of a struggle to work through. I'm already dealing with my Major Depression, and then all of this CRAP just falls down in my lap and I have to figure out a way to cope with it all. How do I do it? How do I not fall into the pit of despair, or believe the words running through my head? Like You're unworthy, you suck, you don't deserve good in your life, you should just sleep, yeah they're right you're terrible, you can't work, this job isn't for you, you don't know how to parent. How do I deal with all of it in a positive manner? Say my 'mantra'? You know what, that fucking mantra isn't doin a damn thing for me this week bud. And then lets touch base on my Anxiety, and how it has me second guessing everything, making shit up in my head, how it tells me that I should rethink everything before I do it, or maybe do nothing at all.
