So basically there is the option of requesting a 1x1, 1x1x1 and 1x1x1x1 like most roleplay groups. But because sometimes there are those few who often are rejected or never seem to find an rp partner, there is the option of creating a character and then requesting roleplay with someone else there and there you are free to create whatever internal plot that fulfills your needs.
I hope I did a good job at explaining ^-^ This is one of my first times modding and I am litterally improvising my whole life atm.

I've never done 1X1, 1X1X1 or 1X1X1X1 RP before. How is it different from RP NOT like that?

Well with the 1x1+ you rp with one or more specific person. But in an open rp you make your character to be approved and then you rp with all kinds of people in different places

So basically you propose your own plot, in your own universe! It could be your OC in an alternate dimension, to continuing RP with two canon characters like Ron and Hermionie.
The town setting is simply a town. You could have a detective and criminal rping there to simply two highschool students
Whilst 1x1 role play lets you choose whatever universe you please, the Town setting is for those people who kust want to roleplay.
