Quinn's appearance is quite unique. She was always quite a bushy teenage girl and was often teased for her bushy eyebrows. She was also quite tubby in her youth. So it came as a shock when puberty hit this girl like a truck from heaven. Her weight moved to her hips and other curves and with a bit of preening, she looked just like a model. Her hair is exceptionally thick and wavy sothis makes it hard to maintain long, so she usually keeps it shoulder length. her eyes are bright amber/hazel and are full of energy and excitement. Her face has a square-ish shape with high cheekbones and she also has a small nose and pale, plump lips. Her figure is quite an hourglass. She was always on the more hourglass side and her skin, while it is not free of a sparse freckle or two, it is silky soft to the touch.

Quinn was born to a young mother, only a 16 year old teenage girl/ Her mother had been hopelessly in love with a boy in her younger years and their love for each other progressed from making flower crowns and holding hands to making out quite regularly. Quinn was the result of one normal night of passionate love. Her mother thought she had all she wanted and didn't hesitate in telling Quinn's father that he was about to have a daughter. It was a dire mistake. He left her for good, saying that he didn't want anything serious. Her mother's heart was shattered into tiny pieces. Hadn't they said they'd face the world together? That he would love her to infinity and beyond. Were those all lies that he'd simply said just so she could be his little sex toy? This infuriated her more than it broke her heart. She was eager for revenge.

Quinn's mother refused to abort her. She was going to bear this child. No matter how much the ex love of her life protested. She was a warrior and fighter. She didn't care how much she was shunned by other 16 year olds her age. She was called slut and whore. But Quinn's mother was an amazon. No words could pierce her armour of determination. She was not only going to bear this child, but she was going to give her to a couple who were unable to have a child of their own. Her mother didn't mind of she didn't get to raise and love her daughter. Quinn would always be in her heart. It wasn't long before Quinn was born and her mother found a wealthy couple who were extremely interested. Quinn's mother didn't ask for money, instead she only asked that she be able to name the child. The name she chose was Quinn, and ancient Gaelic name meaning 'counsel' and 'intelligence'. It was only five days spent by her mothers side before she was taken from her strong mother to the strange life she was going to learn as normal.

Quinn had been taken in by an old couple who were rich and had an abundance in money. She was their only child and often felt they were more like her grandparents rather than mother and father. They lived together blissfully. Til the day her mother passed. The both of them grieved. But none felt it more than her husband. He grieved the most. The pain was so much that, that day, something snapped. The once kind man they knew slowly faded away, replaced by someone hollow and empty and hungry for everything sinful.

It was after that point that the kind father figure she knew faded into a lusty, filthy beast. It started with him trying to touch her. Quinn was a spirited girl. She fought back and refused him. Punched him at one point to. It was that show of force that snapped what rationallity that man had. He tied her up and whipped her with a sharp length of bamboo, leaving cuts accross her back. Because she she was too scared to tell anyone, she endured it. She became meek at home. She avoided that man at all costs and soon he diverted his aggression to alchohol. She hated the man, but hated the idea of foster care as well. She works two part time jobs at the moment, as well as achieving A grades in school. Often staying out late to avoid her grandfather, sometimes she falls asleep on park benches.

Layla lives with her mom, a single mother, Dr. Amanda Martinez who is a cardiologist of a reputed hospital. Her mother is very famous and skilled at her field, which helped her to make a lot of money and fame. When her mom moved to this big house in the town and got the job here, she met a Dr. Michael Rutherford. He was a famous surgeon who also moved to the town for some family issues from Mexico. They met in the same hospital and fell in love. After dating for three years they got married. In the second year of their marriage, Laya was born. She was actually born as Layla Rutherford. But soon disaster struck when Amanda started having an affair with one of her ex boyfriend. Michael found out and was devastated. They got divorced and Michael went back to his homeland leaving Layla with her. Layla was just two at that time. Her mom's relationship didn't work out. Soon her mom moved with Layla in the upper east side of the town. She changed her surname to Martinez. Amanda never told anything about Michael to Layla and even Michael never tried to contact them. From a small age, she was always curious about her father. Each time she tried to bring up the subject, her mother would change it. She would never let her touch any closet or drawers of her bedroom which made Layla suspect more. Eventually she got frustrated and stopped asking. She just knows that her father was a guy who just left her mom's side from the little bit of information she got. Deep inside, she is still curious and tries to find any small piece of information whenever she gets any chance. She was always bullied because of being a fatherless child and though she doesn't care now. She doesn't likes talking about her family much. Her mother wants her to be a doctor and pursue the medical field but her heart is in the field of dance and music. She wants to be a choreographer. Her grandmothers is a major influence. Whenever she gets time, she goes to her grandmother and dances there as her granny plays the piano. She had tried to get some information from her grandma too but to no avail. Layla hates her mom's current boyfriend, Eric Alvero even though he tries to get along with her. Amanda and Eric are thinking of getting married but Layla is against the idea. She thinks that Eric is not the right guy for her mom. She will do anything to stop that even if it means her mom's happiness.

Femme fatale. Maxine is the literal definition of a strong woman. Her appearance is the height of femininity and maturity. Her cheekbones are high and defined and her eyes pierce the dark veil of her long eyelashes and arched brows. She is quite intimidating. Her posture exudes self confidence and her actions are not that of a person who gives up easily. She is quite tall at 5'7" and is quite lean and athletic, yet see her outside her doctor's coat and it is hard to miss the curves of her hips and back. Her hands are steady and her fingers are long and elegant. Some people say she has the appearance of a fairy or elf. She is just as stunning as her older brother is hunky.

Dressed in a sharp suit, white coat and peering over the top of her black rimmed glasses, you’ll find a Maxine organising nurses and fellow doctors with optimum efficiency. Climbing every mountain and crossing every stream, she is the powerhouse of her family and any workplace she enters. Her lofty ambition and inner drive often leave everyone else behind in the dust. Beware her delicate horns though, as she will toss anything out of the way to make her date with destiny. Maxine can be stubborn and are not easily led astray from her chosen path. Maxine was raised in a household that was exceptionally poor, however extremely happy. She and her brother, Phoenix, were single handedly raised by their mother most their life. Their mother didn't get much from her job, so until she and her brother reached the age of 16, they had been receiving child support money as well as a single parent support money. But when they both reached legal adult age, the fund was cut. Because they could no longer attend school, their mother decided to talk to her employer about taking on the two of them. Phoenix agreed, but Maxine refused and decided to attend college with her own savings and become a doctor. Maxine was a star pupil. She never crammed knowledge, rather, she sought to understand it in order to make her job of remembering easier. Because she was so bright, she managed to apply for a scholarship for a good college and she graduated from there at the top of her class and then further attended medical school. She was 21 when she contacted her brother again. She was now a fully graduated doctor. Her brother couldn't believe it, but somehow she'd tried and tried until she got an honorary scholarship to enter university at the age of 17 and studied until she became a qualified GP. She called him because she was looking for possible employers. Phoenix referenced her to his boss and soon she too got employed into the local base hospital as one of their doctors. Their mother fell sick due to the hard labour of her job so she remains in the patient's ward only because Phoenix and Maxine are still earning and working, therefore the head of the hospital was a little more sympathetic. At the moment, she is studying for specilization in the brain and neurosurgery.

[History]
Bo was the first born into the Halbert family and was always a happy baby boy. He always had a smile on his little toothless face and that stayed with him until he got teeth, and as he grew up. Laughter was added, and jokes, and his eyes always sparkled with such happiness. He was always grinning, and he always brought happiness to the people around him.

He often had a tendency to like more girly things. He loved to dance and his favorite things were watching princess movies instead of fighting shows or the Mutant Ninja Turtles. He hated those shows, finding them stupid and boring. He adored the princesses and how pretty they were when they danced with their princes. He always got a dreamy look on his face and constantly asked to be a princess for Halloween, which his parents didn't allow him to do when he was out of his house.

Though, when he was at home, he could do whatever he wanted.... He dressed up in pretty clothing and always did his hair and makeup... Though, one day, his father's brother paid them a visit and was shocked to see the state of his nephew. He took his brother to the side and told him how wrong this was. He told him that a child shouldn't be dressing up like that and acting as a young girl.

His uncle then started trying to take him out and making him more manly by giving him chances of going camping and he tried to get him to go after girls, though, he always ended up hitting it off better with the boys....

When he was 12 he went ice skating for the first time. He fell in love with the ice and instantly took a lot of interest in it. He soon was learning to figure skate and earning gold medals.... He was a prodigy and his coach loved him. They went all over the world together and he grew and grew in fame till he was at the top... He competes in the World Grand Prix and is yet to earn a gold medal, but he swears to everyone around him that he will come out on top with it before it's time for him to retire. (He only has about 5 more years to do it.)

He is very much a lover before he is a fighter. He would rather make people feel comfortable than threatened. He is a complete pacifist and never thinks that violence is the answer. He knows that not many people believe the same way that he does, but that's alright.

He is very hard headed when it comes to what he strongly believes in and it takes a long time to crack him down to open up to new ideas when he's so strongly believing in something.

He will protect anyone with his body if it meant that he was going to save them. He will always take a punch for another person. He will never let his lover or his family ever get harmed when he could take it. When he does, and he has before, he ends up pushing them back with words, his tongue sharper than any blade. Though, he often goes home with the people that he protected and helps them calm down, though, as soon as everything is alright, he ends up sobbing loudly and clinging to them. He absolutely hates confrontation and ends up acting like a child when being scolded. He will busy himself with doing something else as a distraction.
