Who is your favorite tamil author who is currently writing novels?

Currently I'm reading Harry Potter and goblet of fire. my all time fav Tamil author is sujatha and s.ramakrishnan. how about urs
15 years ago, my favorite authors were Sujatha, Indira Parthasarathy, Sivashankari, Lakshmi, etc. However, I do not know who good authors are nowadays as I am living outside India. I started the discussion to know about the new authors. I never read Ramakrishnan, I will look up the author :)
You can read 'SEMMAARI' (An Action-thriller tamil novel) which is written by a new tamil author SAMURA. The story is very interesting and i liked it very much. SEMMAARI செம்மாரி

Jaga, I like Ramakrishnan's writing, went to his blog and read couple of his short stories. Read Charu niveditha, others i haven't, will try. Will try Samura too.
ramakrishnan's famous book is thunaieluthukal. try it. it's full of essays. u will love it
